Kaitlan Nelson is an end-of-life planning companion and legacy creative. She is deeply passionate about meeting people exactly where they offer steady, Grounded support through some of life's most difficult moments.
She helps individuals and families prepare for what most people avoid. Her work guides people in creating thoughtful, intentional legacies. It is filled with clarity, care, and the kind of extra love no one expects but everyone remembers.
With over 15 years in healthcare, caregiving, and death care, Kaitlan has guided people through some of life's most honorable and emotionally complex transitions. She has served as a Certified Nursing Assistant and end-of-life comfort massage therapist and is currently her grandmother's guardian and conservator. Most personally, she was a devoted daughter who navigated breast cancer and ALS alongside her mother—managing every decision, appointment, and moment of decline with presence and tenderness.
Kaitlan has a gift for creating calm amid chaos. Her natural sensitivity, emotional depth, and intuitive way of connecting allow her to hold space that feels both safe and steady.
She supports thoughtful, proactive individuals who want to leave their families supported, clear, and at peace—before it's too late.
This work is her passion, her purpose, and part of her legacy. She believes planning can be one of the greatest expressions of love and that legacy is something we create not just in what we leave but also in how we live, love, and show up for the people who matter most.
